How to do a XLS census batch enrollment

With the excel census template, you can batch capture employee elections with just a few clicks.

Have your client add only the employees who are going to participate in the plans offered to the employee census template. You only need to complete the mandatory columns.

Step 1: Download the template, fill it out, and import it

Step 2: Select from the Batch Tools drop down

Once you import the census that has all participating employees, you can do a batch elect for the product line offered on the Employee Elections page. Just go to the Batch Tools drop down and select the option to batch elect whatever line is made available.
